That is the first picture I have seen of that ammo, I hope that Chad chimes in, I seem to remember that very few are known out there. Great find!

I believe one is pictured in Dougan's latest book. I have seen a couple of these in the distant past. A rare item indeed!

I was updating my Memorabilia List today and noticed this,
1955 (est.) .22LR Ruger ammunition, Box of 50. 1 box confirmed. 1 or 2 more may exist.
