Thought that I would share some interesting information that I received from Ruger on this rifle. According to RENE Reference regarding this model, it states on page 60 that it is not known whether the engraving by Barron Technologies was ordered by the Ruger factory or not...
here's the letter stating that it was....also the serial number on this gun is outside the range listed.
