RCMP Overrun

I have a Police Service Six 38 special 5" SDA 85 which has a 160 prefix to the serial number. I believe this may be a RCMP overrun. Can you provide any information? Many thanks
You have a pretty scarce Service-Six, the Canadian government supposedly destroyed the sum of around 150 made for the RCMP, a least one survivor is known of. Information on the SDA-85 indicates that there was a 15 gun (10%) overrun. I would guess that the one you have has a S/N in the 160-94xxx or 160-98xxx range. Please share pics and full S/N so we can determine whether it's one already known about or new number to add to list.
