Anyone ever deal with this outfit? Sometime back I mentioned that the gold leaf Ruger design on the backstrap of my ROCS Bearcat was deteriorated. I have since twice contacted the company that did the gold leaf and have received a grand total of ZERO replies. I guess it is once they have the $$ the hell with the customer. I have posted this on the Ruger forum as well just in case someone there may have a similar problem
