Super Blackhawk 50th value

Post by twriggen »

Greetings,

I hate to be the guy asking a "what's it worth" question but I have searched all over the internet to find the answer and I cannot find any recent sales and only, in my opinion, crazy prices for the few that are listed. I was leaning towards $800-1000 for a NIB example. Am I in the ballpark? High or low?

Someone's probably going to pop up and tell me it's in the RENE price list and if it is I couldn't find it there either.

Thanks,
Troy

Troy.
IMHO N.I.B = $1,000.00 - $1,200.00. Single & two digit gun's would up the premium of coarse. ;)

I agreed with Terry, $1,200 - $1,300 range. Low or special serial number add more $$s.

If you can get into it for $750 - 800 or so grab it. Good luck :)

I was able to pick it up tonight. Serial number SB-00100. I have now tracked down three of the 50th Anniversary guns with the 100 serial number. Any leads on the remaining would be appreciated.

It came with a display box that says Ruger Studio on it but its more of a "bean bag" backing which makes it usable for anything that fits in it. Was that standard with the Super Blackhawk 50th Anniversary guns or an extra that I got with the gun?

Did Karl have these #100 guns before they were scattered to the wind ?

Great score on the #100 50th Anniversary Super. They all came with the soft case that you show in the picture.

These came out of Karl's collection but were spread to the winds. I've been able to find about 8-9 of them locally, mostly new models, but most of them left the area in the waning years.
