This 200 year patch is the only one I've seen like this. The gold thread is a bit lighter than standard patch. Also the background is blue the common 200 year patches were black.

Here is another prototype with red trim.

It also looks, to me, that there is more separation in the leaves of the wreath and the feathers (skinnier leaves/feathers?). Same with the RUGER (the vertical parts look skinnier) Also looks like the SR is a bit better defined.
