New (to me) MKIII

I was at the Huntsville, AL gun show Jan 4 & 5 displaying some of my Rugers with ROCS
Not really looking for anything but had this fall into my lap at the show. Guy came to my display (sent by Bill Hamm) and asked if I bought guns. Showed me a gray box that the end label said MKIII512TA (10131)
Inside was a never fired, still in the plastic bag, all paperwork, fired casing, Altamont grips, red fiber optic front sight, adjustable rear sight, 2 magazines. It is in perfect LNIB condition. Asked him what he was asking for it. He told me a ridiculously low price. I hemmed and hawed for a bit and then took out my wallet and bought it.
(I'm not like some people, I've read the manual and can take a MKIII apart and put it back together with no problems)
(OH, I paid $350 for it)
