Display at Tulsa

Guys, I'm new at this but I plan on doing a Novice display of Express Rifles at Tulsa November and I have a question. I have sent my display table money (1 table) to Shirley along with the form she requested. Here's my question, do I need to let anyone with ROCS know I'm doing a display and do they need to know anything such as the theme of my display. If so, who's the lucky guy. Thanks and looking forward to being there.

Don we really look forward to your display.
If you can send me your email and all your information I will put you on my email list for Tulsa.
I will send you all the information for displaying and our dinner banquet.
If you have not already you might want to reserve a room at the Embassy Suites.
This is same hotel the banquet.
More info will be posted in the display section.

David, Thanks for the quick response. The theme of my display is Ruger Express Rifle Serial Number Prefixes. Display will be 3 to 5 rifles on one table. Let me know what I need to do. I plan on attending the banquet.
