Lee, I got these in some paper stuff I purchased. It appears to be a spoof on Ruger collecting & Ruger Collectors with some comic drawings along with some more serious. I think it was a big deal wit some in it's day. I'll scan a couple more pages. Here are a couple of the joke pages.
