Welcome to the forum Kevin. I've had a couple of the Chamber Seal RST6 pistols and you are correct there were 303 made (301 and 2 prototypes). The engraving was done by Ray Verimontez including a RCA serial number. They were also the first special edition pistols that the RCA commissioned, the rest of them were in the MKII generation, neat pistols. I would value them at around $700 but you never can tell what one would sell for to the right buyer.

I have always said value is what one is willing to pay for it. One thing that was not mentioned is what grips are on it. Most had the normal standard issue plastic grips but you could get an additional set that were wood with an ivory medallion with RCA letters in the center. In addition to the 301 produced five of those were slated to be Directors issue but only one was done by Ray Viramontez.

I always thought they would’ve added some kind of a unique grip to that directors issue, I’d like to find one of those. I got a lot of pictures of one.!

I bought an auto "grip" collection many years ago that came with several sets of ivory grips for the ONE MILLIONTH auto....
I haven't looked at them for a few years as I was afraid they had departed like my tools ..... but they did survive the move....
