Nowhere does it say when the raffle will take place. Could that little bit of information be added?

Go to the October update on the home page. It says there will be an engraved Ruger Number 1 and other items raffled at the Tulsa show November 14 & 15. That probably is when.

You are right, did not put that on the homepage. Its mentioned under the SHOWS button Tulsa Show.
Drawing will be held Saturday night Nov. 14 in Tulsa at the ROCS Display show Awards Dinner & Auction. Come on out to the show and be there when the winner is drawn.
