ROCS IN ROCKET CITY!!

Post by flattop44 »

The 1st ROCS Display show in Huntsville, Alabama's Rocket City was quite a success. Mr. Allen Daniels, the Show host, Collectors And Shooters Club (CASC) gun shows have a great venue and the headquarters hotel was connected directly to the Von Braun Civic Center where the show is held. We all really had a fun time and some really fine Rugers were displayed. There was a lot of public interest and we signed up 15 new members while at the show. Here are a few pics from the show and more will be coming with a write-up of each display in the EXHIBITS area here on the website in the next couple of weeks or so.

Well done by all! I like the "Big Bird"; don't think I've ever heard the eagle, or properly phoenix, called that before.

We all owe Bill Hamm a thanks for donating many Ruger items for a displayer drawing. Some fine Ruger items were up for his drawings. We had an outstanding Gold Label Shotgun in the original box with a pistol grip stock, walk into the show.
Great purchase by a well known Ruger guy. Thanks for your input and support of this show, Bill!
The distillery tour in Lynchburg, Tn. was fun as well. Brass Frame/Lee E
