Ruger Single Six with 4 5/8"

Hello anyone know about this model Ruger Single Six with 4 5/8" barrel, with fixed sight has windage sight( look same as old model ),
I just heard rumor about these made 500 for 4 5/8", another made 500 for 5 1/2" and another made 500 for 6 1/2"..My Ruger is unfired and has extra cylinder 22 magnum and box all paperwork.
What is value for that with 4 5/8" ??
What it called model ???? I know it is not flattop or flatgate....

Yes, it is New Model, serial number is 262-29708, it is 4 5/8" and it is unfired, box, paperwork.I see that guy T.A.Workman's comment and picture, it is same as mine.., serial numbers on right side of cylinder frame. you said on left side, no such thing. LOL,

Interesting gun, it looks like the early "Old Model" Single Six, Except for the trigger and the 2 pins.

Ruger Distributor Davidson's had Ruger build them 500 of each in the barrel lengths 4-5/8", 5-1/2" and 6-1/2" in 1989. They look just like an Old Model fixed sight gun except they have two pins.
I always wondered if Ruger didn't use up the leftovers of their fixed sight Single-Six Bisley frames for these. Really, would be hard to imagine Ruger just making a batch of guns like that out of the blue, unless they had such leftovers to do them.
At the same time Ruger did these guns for Davidson's they were also working on a Lightweight Single-Six with fixed sights and aluminum alloy cylinder frame. Development went on for a couple years then ended when Ruger closed manufacturing at the Southport plant.

yes, those are the type ,style of frames Ruger SHOULD have used for the 22 Single Six 50th anniversary guns, NOT a "mini" Vaquero....

We can thank Bill Jr for that, plus sticking that model and the Anniversary #1 into the normal serial number runs.........what a shame!
