Yes the bottom picture shows Pachmayr grips (which I quickly got rid of) 
Got this one from a PA gun forum (http://www.pafoa.org) classifieds (for $350). OM, unconverted, bore is perfect, S/N dates it to be 1969. The patina is so much better than the pictures show:
