Sorry, If you sent me an email in the last several days & I didn't comply. My computer was complete wiped out. Just back from NRA and it is partial up again. I got these numbers from Munnell many years ago.

I believe this is the pistol I bought from Dave Hiddleson about 35 years ago. He got it from a retired Mountie.

Message for NRA judges: I you are not judging post-WWII firearms, tell us. We will not go to the trouble and expense involved in presenting them.

I tried but was not able to get a list of post WWII firearms that received those awards (if any). Not saying there were not more deserving candidates. Just thought the Rugers should have been considered.

The NRA Exhibits & Meetings are next month in Dallas. These 2 Rugers were offered for consideration for silver medals at one of their resent meetings in Houston. They were not worthy for consideration for 1 of 20 of those awards. The judges rushed by with just a glance with out-stretched arms to...
