This is a porcelain figure/statuette from the mid-40 by Justin Sturm, father of Alex Sturm.

I came up with this too late. It was in an auction. I didn't find out about it until it was over. Maybe next time.

I'm hoping you get another shot at it Don,,,
That would be an exceptionally nice piece of porcelain to offset the usual Ruger porcelain pieces.
