Hoping someone can help educate me a bit...what year did Ruger make the first Ruger Toklat? I believe it was around 2013 but not sure. Also, any idea as to the serial number range and how many were manufactured? Thank you all in advance for your feedback.
PS - Hoping to make it to Tulsa again this year...last year was a blast!
