Central Texas whitetail taken with a Ruger .300 WSM. Rifle was bought through Lee Newton from Tom Hutton.

Oh man, that is a nice Buck and a fine looking rack. I imagine that .300 WSM really gets the job done.

This a really nice whitetail for our Central Texas "open range"; Donnie's best one to date. We kidded him about his scope costing more than the rifle! These stainless/synthetic Rugers will really shoot. This one shoots so well that Donnie's sons are trying to talk him out of it. He says "No way".
