327 pinto
Not many of these were ever produced. From what I understand all 327 Blackhawks were stainless, wonder how the blued parts came into place.

I remember those showing up but I can't help info wise.
Pretty sure Chad mentioned them, hopefully he will see your post and reply.
I don't think there were many produced.

Nice pickup, they are scarce, my understanding is that it was a mistake and there was 68 of them. They added the letter A to the end of the model number to distinguish them.

There are some Super Redhawk Alaskans out there as well that are pinto.
And I also know of a pinto new Bearcat that went through Cabela's.
Disgruntled employee? Maybe. But probably a simple mistake by the steel manufacturer or at Ruger.

Can you shoot me an email with those pics? or pics without the photobucket all over them? I've heard of the pinto Super Bearcat but hadn't seen a pic of one yet. Believe these were sold through Cabelas as "used" guns. Think these are more Ruger error than the Pinto .327.Carbineguy wrote: ↑Mon Mar 07, 2022 9:25 pm Here are photos of a Pinto Bearcat:20140107_223946_zpsiecryzef.jpg20140107_223946_zpsiecryzef.jpg
