Currently,, or at least for the last few years at SHOT,, they use a SHOT badge holder,, with their name,, and there have been a few different badge holders embossed with "Ruger" for them. They also usually all wear similar attire, Ruger shirts.
I have a pair of the later badges like Jack's shown above,, including Bill Ruger's personal one.

Re: Ruger Patches
Thanks to the generosity of a good friend in Tulsa, I added this 10 1/2" patch to the collection. It's pictured beside the 4" patches for comparison.

Very nice patch and somehow I'm almost jealous although I'm very happy for you and your collection.
Re: Ruger Patches

Re: Ruger Patches
I really like the large one, sure complements your patch collection. I see Don has one of the extremely rare Fire Brigade patches for sale, that is a hard one to find.

Re: Ruger Patches
While cleaning out some stuff I found this. I had forgotten about it. Brings some good memories.
Re: Ruger Patches
I have Mr Rugers and Lyle Patterson’s same shirt clip on badge of same exact thing of this. Nice piece. Although mine I think are of a shot show not RCA.
