My uncle had a RST4 that he got from the PX at an Air Force base in the mid 1960's when his brother-in-law was stationed there. I think he paid $30 for it at the time. Sadly, he ended up losing it when his canoe overturned in a river while he was checking his trap line. We went back with a magnet and dragged the river bottom looking for it, but it was not retrieved. It was a nice pistol and one of the 1st handguns I ever fired.
Some people sit on $.05 of knowledge like it is the treasure of Egypt. I will teach anyone $.10 worth just to prove a point...
