ROCS President Lee Newton is attending the 2024 SHOT Show in Las Vegas this week. Ruger distributor Lipsey's invited him to a meeting. Lee was to receive a special No 1 rifle, serial number CLN-001. (CLN... Cecil Lee Newton). He was completely taken by surprise. He had no idea of the pending presentation. He sent these pictures from his cell phone for me to post. More to come later.
