TULSA GUN SHOW

Post by RoninPA »

Don't forget about the Tulsa Gun Show, Nov. 8 & 9. If you have never been to one, this is the premier gun show in the US. Ruger Row is fantastic, Rugers that you may never have see and probably a lot of your favorites.

Now, speaking of those displayers (Advanced Class and Master Class) who will be there; I am looking for volunteer judges. If you're uneasy about judging I have all kinds of literature to help explain it. IT IS NOT HARD TO BE A JUDGE. Remember, our displays are to help educate the people about Rugers and to get them to ask us questions about Rugers and by being a judge, you can help the new displayers refine their displays.

Also, don't forget to send your display write ups in WORD via email to rocs@att.net and send your display title (with a short write up) and what fiream you want to enter into the NRA/ROCS Silver Medal competition to me at rlutz730@comcast.net in advance of the show so we can get things compiled for the show and the ROCS Digest.

If you have any questions, please ask and I'll try to get you answers.

I got to go once about 25 years ago. It was fantastic. Not sure I have the stamina for it any more. Highly recommended though.

Tulsa is getting closer all the time (I know, I know, it's still 2 1/2 months away :D ) First post explains a lot (I hope) but if anyone needs more info on what to send to whom, post it here and it will get answered.

I just finished up my reservations for the Embassy Suites in Tulsa, went very easily over the phone. I have my Tulsa show table reservation so for me, I ready to go (other than to decide what to add or subtract to the display (Ruger Double Action Revolvers 1970 to Present).

Lets' make the Ruger row one that people will talk about.

See you all in November (unless you will be at the East Coast Gathering in October).

Ron, if you don't already have me down to judge, put me down.

Troy, I've got you down to be one of the judges - you were the first to volunteer - thank you very much.
