Additional Shadow box for the NRA display

Post by twriggen »

When a box shows up at the house from John Dougan there is always a little bit of excitement involved. He had told me he had items for my collection that would fit in well with our upcoming NRA display. He didn't tell me what was going to be in the box but simply a dollar amount to put on the check. The USPS lost the box, and it was delayed another couple of days while they worked to locate it and get it figured out. That is like telling a kid his Christmas present didn't show up in time for Christmas, and they had to wait for it to arrive. As with all kids waiting for their present, I met the mailman at the door as they were walking up the steps today.

HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY. Taryn's next project with the components in a shadow box. We are still deciding on a backdrop color as neither of us think the black looks good.

As we figure out how to display the rest of the items I will post them as well.

That's great, John has some of the best Ruger items in existence. That will look good in shadow box...red background maybe.
