Re: 20 & 21 Flat Gates
Yes Matt sold me the 21 RSS and Potato Farmer had #20......PF can be very persuasive as I did send it to him....And yes Lucian Carey was the original owner as I recall.....

I just got the Ruger letters today on these two.chet15 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 15, 2025 1:40 pmYes, Taylor had that number later. But writer Lucian Cary got that Single-Six originally.
Lucian's name is on quite a few of the smaller size gun pulps that could be purchased around that time.
I remember that Matt Olivier found the 21 back in the day, don't remember the circumstances, but Cary probably passed away sometime in the 1950's.

On the #21 gun it says "produced Feb 1954 & shipped to Logan Cary in Connecticut June 1954" No town given.
Also, I updated the T1 RSS flat gate list.
Please, if anyone has numbers to add or can help with ship dates or locations on anything. LMK.

Re: 20 & 21 Flat Gates
Forgot to update this.
After Chad pointed out it was Lucian Cary, I called Linda and had the letter redone. Plus found one of his books on ebay, and a pic of him firing a rifle.
