For Friends & Fans of Kelly Kimbro

Post by ElNumeroUno »

Kelly has been the "Ruger Girl" at SHOT and NRA for many years- 26 or 27! Her daughter Mackenzie has been at the Shows with her for the last several years. Wanted to let all know that Mackenzie has her Cookbook out- titled ROOTS RUN DEEP, Our Ranching Tradition. A beautiful and well done book, with lots of pictures of the Malpai Ranch, the family(of course, Warner & Kelly) and lion hunting! There is also some mouth watering recipes that I have to get my wife to try. You can get it for $30.00 shipped. Order by email to colablancaproductions at yahoo.com or check out
www.colablancaproductions.com. You can use a credit card online.

That's great news Lee, I remember them talking about it when we all had breakfast at the NRA Annual meeting in Dallas a couple of years ago. Will be ordering my copy!

Sounds great. I think I will stop by the ranch this fall and pick up a copy in person this fall while we are in the area before we head over to Tulsa for the show in November.

Charlie,
Mackenzie may well be out of the Cookbooks by Fall- better get one reserved now!
BTW, the newest Forum member signed up is Kelly- which is THE Kelly! She's having shoulder surgery this week, so let's wish her well and maybe she will send us an update!
