Dealer Sign??

Hey Guys,
I just got this from a guy who said it was sent by the factory to dealers.
The style doesn't exactly scream Ruger factory, more like granny's sew room, but it looks professionally done so ???
Has anyone seen one of these before?

Never have seen one like that but agree with you it looks more like Mamma's sew room but nice job.

It had a label on the back at one time
Up close it seems to have been done professionally but by who and for what I'm not sure.
I remember watching Rosie Grier crocheting on the Dinah Shore Show back in the 70's...maybe he made it?
