Here are 2 of my custom stocked No 1s
The top one is a 1B in 257 Roberts and was put together some years back it has good walnut, ebony fore end and fine cut checkering as well as includes a shell holder in the butt stock

The bottom one is new and is built on Lipsey's 1S24 30-06, I tried to create a matched pair...

now the question is, do I send them out for case coloring the receivers or leave them as is??

Great looking No.1s. Hey, they are custom so do what you want, case coloring the receivers would sure look good!
Thanks for showing them to us.

Lee,

I have a lifelong friend who has dabbled in gun smithing since high school.
