Ad Book

Post by d findley »

I received my new Digest today. Everyone should have theirs before week's end. I placed an ad (page 53) for a new book on Ruger print advertising. Here are a few pics of what to expect in the book.

Don is a modest man, if you look on page 56 of the new Digest, he talks about his book The Ruger Papers, says a few still left. If you dont have one you need one, lots of great material. I have the hardback version and the leather bound version. A wealth of information.

Don's latest book, as advertised in the latest ROCS Digest, is packed with information and copies of the advertising produced by Ruger in the earliest years. I have received my copy, read it completely, and can attest that Don has hit a "home run" with this collection of Ruger advertisements. I highly recommend a copy for the serious collector of Ruger products. You should hurry as I believe a very limited number have been published. I also was surprised to find that it is a hard back book!

Got mine today, waiting on the front porch when I got home from work, just in time for my 3-day weekend! As others have said, a great volume full of history, another Findley book in my library! Book is very well done, hardback, heavy stock paper. It is much appreciated!
