Factory letter concerning the Ruger Carbine. 1961

[Brass Frame]

Don, this has to be one of the most unique letters from the factory that I have ever read. Do you know if they were having problems with certain ammo? Was the Carbine not cycling properly? From the sounds of the letter, Ruger distributors were very upset about the delay in shipments!
