There are so many magazines covers, articles, and advertisements out there that we can't hope to compile a complete list of them all. I'll bet though, that if we make an effort we can quickly grow this to a giant list. I don't want to flood my curio cabinet thread with them and I would like to encourage you all to participate so this is probably the best way to do it. These don't need to be rare issues or anything like that. If a Ruger is on the cover or there is a worthwhile article or advertisement in the magazine, I'd like to see it. I'll probably have 50-70ish to contribute unless someone beats me to it. It will take me a while but I'll attempt to keep this thread rolling along.

The first from me is from the August 1982 (My birth year but not month) Issue of Fur-Fish-Game
The inside cover features a nice advertisement of the M-77
The Mail Shop section on pg. 59 features this nice little advertisement for the International M-77

Threw out a big box from 70-80 magazines when we moved, sort of makes me sick when seeing this thread

I buy random boxes of magazines at auctions and estate sales just for this purpose!

Yeah, last time I got married I got rid of 30 years of gun magazines. Just had no place to put them.

You guys think of me when it comes to that stuff from this point forward, please! You'll probably see me on the show "Hoarders" one day complaining that I need that, can't live without that one, this is rare, don't even touch that etc.. Family in the background with heads in hands. I think if past lives were a thing that I went through the Great Depression or something like it. If I think I can use it, might need it, or like it, I accumulate. I come by it somewhat honestly though. Dad's the same way.

Here is an August 1979 Arms Gazette with a nice spread on 30 years of Rugers. I've covered some of the shipping labels on these because I know some of the people they came from. Addresses are still the same for some.
