Made with a Brownells BRN-22 receiver, Ruger bolt, Ruger trigger, Ruger 18 1/2" stainless barrel (matte finish), Extended magazine release, FAB Defense folding stock Bushnell Red Dot, new Ruger magazine.

I asked the ROCS admin to move FrankenRuger # 1 from the Want To Sell - Other to here (Non-Ruger Firearms) as it's not really a Ruger but uses some Ruger parts.
