I have a SS 357 Ruger New Model Blackhawk 6" barrel. It has "Made in the 200th year of our American Liberty" stamped on it. Does this make it more valuable?

The "Liberty" roll marked guns usually carry a $50 or so premium over a like new model but I find they must be in excellent to new condition.
