The new Turnbull Super Blackhawk has the case colored frame, and it's a beauty; ( I recently got one). They're only making a thousand of them, but they may still be available. I believe they're a distributor's exclusive, but they are listed on the Ruger factory site.

Ruger #1's are alive and well. I just had my dealer order a No 1 in 44 mag - 20" barrel, through Lipsey's. I should have it by next Tuesday, according to my dealer.

Can you tell me where it's posted? I'd like to get one; I just joined ROCS and missed the opportunity through the group.

I just received this gun that I ordered through a local dealer. It is indeed a beauty!
It reminds of a couple of Blackhawks I got from Hamilton Bowen, that he sent to Turnbull for color case frames.
