Ruger 1 of 50 Display Box

I recently picked up this wooden display box and can't find any information on it. The cut out appears to fit a 4 5/8" Vaquero. Has anyone seen one of these or have any info on it?

Ruger wouldn't have had that model listed in the catalog...it was a small special run for Cabela's only.
