I was hoping they (Ruger) wouldn't make one in .45acp caliber, but they finally did. This is the new Custom Shop "Koenig Competition Special"
It's a full size stainless steel 1911 with a "Black Nitride" frame and a host of special features. Some being a special trigger, optic sights, cut away hammer, grip panels, and more. It comes packed in a special (Plastic?) box that looks like you could take it on a plane, or have it fall out of one without being damaged, and an assortment of goodies.
O M CRAZY

That's a great package. I imagine that it will be fun to shoot. I am happy they made one in .45 for you!

Congrats on your new custom SR1911, let us knows how it does sending lead downrange.

Ruger seems to be able to help Vince spend his money. I guess my continuous letters to Ruger to make additional variations of 1911's in .45 is working.

Vince that looks great. You could probably run the case over with a truck and not hurt it. I bet a picture of your entire SR1911 collection would cover Bennett's pool table and then some.
Some people sit on $.05 of knowledge like it is the treasure of Egypt. I will teach anyone $.10 worth just to prove a point...

Bill...I'm not happy
I wish they would stop.
Bennett...I will probably never shoot it...Just another safe queen.
JussBad...I hope you run out of stamps!
Carl... Maybe if I spread them out.
