Congratulations to ROCS member Mike Splittgerber. At the Minnesota Weapons Collectors Trophy Display Show on October 26 & 27, 2019 Mike won two awards: 1st place in the Modern Handguns category for his Ruger Flattops and 2nd place for Mid-Minnesota Prehistoric Stone Tools. These photos tell it all!!
