Hi -
I just found this group of Ruger owners. Appears to have a huge knowledge base. I own only 1 Ruger. It's a Bearcat I inherited from my father. I have been searching the forum to determine year of manufacture, but so far I have been unsuccessful. Probably using wrong search terms. Will keep trying.

David, welcome to the website. Happy that you have joined us. Let me know the serial number of your Bearcat and I should be able to tell you the year it was made.

Glad to have you with us. Ruger is spoken fluently and we have fun. There is a lot of knowledge here and it's a great group of people.
Some people sit on $.05 of knowledge like it is the treasure of Egypt. I will teach anyone $.10 worth just to prove a point...
