BKH 30 & 40

Post by FLUndertaker »

Just received my new member packet of 2 issues of The Digest and welcome letter from Bill. Thank you very much. The publication appears top notch. I look forward to digging in to them and receiving future issues. $50 well spent!
Just wanted to post a pic of a couple of my favs. I love long barreled revolvers and these 2 are a great pair. Not collector grade by any means but right up my alley as very nice shooters. Special thanks to Bob and Steve who were generous to pass them on down the road.

Happy to see you here and thanks again for joining ROCS. I too really like those long barrel Rugers, those two look pretty dang good to me.

Long barreled Blackhawk 44 Magnums are my favorites and great to shoot. I have one I shoot regularly and it is the most accurate 44 Magnum I own. :)

Great looking Rugers! I like those long barrels, especially in their boxes. They are highly collectable and in high demand. What is the serial number range on your BKH-30? does it have a 6 groove or 8 groove barrel? Brass Frame/Lee E

Your BKH-30 probably has a 6 groove barrel. It is very close to the serial number range of the early 8 groove, 10" barrel guns.

It does have the 6 groove barrel. If it had the 8 it would have cost me a good bit more!
