ROCS TULSA-IMPORTANT

For those of you going to Tulsa, The Embassy Suites is sold out EXCEPT for the ROCS block of rooms. If making reservations, central booking can't seem to find the ROCS info. Get connected to the SALES Dept and talk to them, then can find the info very easily.

For whomever makes the connections with them for the block of rooms, I was asked if I had a group booking number, I guess it makes it easier to find the ROCS block and get things done. However, the lady I talked with in sales was able to find the info when I told her it was ROCS.

Yep got a room under ROCS. Full up otherwise!

I called and booked mine today. I was advised there are 8 remaining rooms available under the ROCS block as of 7/2 AM.
