Old rifle with "new" old scope

I've had this 1H 375 H&H for quite some time. I've also had the Lyman Alaskan scope and Leupold 7/8" Ruger rings for years too.
Yesterday, I decided to put them all together. Pretty good looking old school set-up. Now to do some loading and see how they shoot together.

(this 1977 vintage rifle has some of the prettiest wood of all of my No. Ones (my photography doesn't do it justice), which will make it hard to part with someday . . .)
