Looking for help to identify signatures.

I’m trying to identify whose signatures these are. They are on the back of a gold wood pack of matches that were given out at one of the Christmas parties back in early 80’s.

That is Nancy Padua on the bottom, so the top signature is probably Steven Vogel
Signed at the 1981 Ruger Collectors theme show in Monroeville, Pennsylvania???
