I totally agree with Bill. I am reading my copy for the second time to let Chad's details sink in! I first read about Collector Finds then go to the "For Sale" items. Much to remember while walking the aisles of gun shows! Brass Frame/Lee E.
I totally agree with Chad that the "custom" No.1 rifles of 1967, 1968, and 1969 are becoming scarcer and much more valuable.

It never fails to amaze me, when reading each and every issue, the tidbits of unkown facts about Rugers that come to us in this publication. Things pop into Ruger folks's heads that found out somewhere, somehow and pass them on to Chad so that he can get the information out to the Ruger world of collectors AND owners. Many times I've seen something that made me stop and say "Hey, wait a minute, I think I have something that fits in that category" and I go and check my guns and then if I can add anything I let Chad know.

All ROCS members, ROCS Forum readers/contributers, and Ruger owners should subscribe to the Red Eagle News Exchange. Think about theat last word - Exchange; It's all Ruger owners exchanging their knowledge and what others might not know about what is in their gun cabinets/safes.

Absolutely!

I joined this site and ROCS and then shortly after was directed to RENE for more information (at least that’s how I think it went ;)

Both have been invaluable to the Ruger collector! Thanks everyone.

And don't forget the Reference of Ruger Firearms, Vols. 1&2. THE source for info on collectible Rugers. Mine are well worn. Thank you, Chad.

No, unfortunately not. I'm not sure there's a way to keep a digital version financially secure without one person shooting an email version of one issue to his entire email list.
I don't have trust issues unless its something like that. This is a hobby of mine and it is how I relax, but it still costs time and $ to produce, so I can't give it away.
