ROCS July show

Post by Charlie1022 »

This should be a great show and would like to know who all are planning on going. I have changed my display a little from Tulsa last year to make it more informative. Lets keep the interest going so let s see who all will be displaying.

Charlie, At this time we have 21 different displays and 8 trade tables reserved. We are also pleased to have at least 6 first time displays. We should have plenty of variety for everyone! Also, have you checked out the photos of the auction guns that will be up for sale and did you notice the 10/22? It is very unique! July will be here soon. Brass Frame/Lee

Wow Lee, you have done a GREAT job with items for that auction and the raffle. I am really looking forward to large amount of displays you are reporting. with 6 new displayers it will be interesting to see some new ideas and more great guns on display. I am still working on my new display but have it figured out just need to put it together. Just got home from a week in the motorhome so back to work to get it done in the next week I hope.

I'm still pretty new to the displaying family, but the wife and I have had so much fun at the H'burg shows that we couldn't miss this show. I revamped my display a bit and will be looking for some constructive criticism from the long time folks who will be there. I'll be bringing some Rugers for sale, but as a PA licensed FFL, I can sell them in OH, but can't deliver them directly to the buyer. They will have to be shipped when I get home to the buyers local FFL to do the transfer.

Got my show tables reserved, my banquet money paid, and hotel all set up. Now just need to do some repairs/refurbs, transfers, and sell a few things to get some money for the banquet auction and raffle :D

Also waiting to see if I was voted in as a new member of OGCA. The vote was the end of May so I figure it will take a few weeks to find out.

Well, I guess I spoke too soon, my OGCA packet was in my mailbox today, 6-13. We'll see everyone at the show, take care.

Ron. Always glad to see you and your wife attend our shows. We should have a great time with 8 trade tables to choose from and the usual table fare to look over at OGCA! Be sure to save some funds for the banquet auction. We have some very unique guns for auction (check them out on this website) and donations are starting flow in. We need everyone's support to continue with a strong show fund for the future. I have you down for the donation we discussed recently.
Look forward to seeing you on Friday, July 17. Brass Frame/Lee
