The grips dilemma

Post by LDB »

Well, I bought a Super Wrangler just because and to use some of the case of CMP ammo I just got. Cool gun but the black plastic (or whatever they are) grips don't do it. So I ordered a set of Santos Rosewood grips from Altamont.

Then I got the .41M Blackhawk recently posted. I got the idea I need a set for it also and should probably have a spare set in reserve. So another set of Santos Rosewood ordered from Altamont plus a set of their walnut. I can use whichever two sets I like best and put the third set in reserve.

Jump ahead 3 days and a couple hours ago get an email from gunbroker, congrats you won the bid. One set of Altamont Santos Rosewood grips.

Well who needs 2 spare sets of grips? Obviously what I need isn't a second spare set of grips. I need one more SA. :o :?
