I am a renewed member formerly from the Socialist Republic of Illinois and now the normal State of Tennessee. I retired during COVID and couldn't wait to get our of Illinois. So, I sold everything I owned on auction, packed up the rest (guns), took a pocket full of cash and found freedom. I have collected Ruger Single Sixes since I graduated college in 1983 mostly along side of my father. If only I would have listened more...... but that's another topic.

I am currently trying to update the Ruger's that I have but would not be opposed to adding to my collection. If I can help in any way, just let me know. Below is my most recent upgrade:

I should add that I am also a connoisseur of the Single-Six.

Adams is a little town to the east of me with the Bell Witch fame but I have never been there. As a child, I would spend my summers at my grand parents and great grand parents lake homes on Lake Malone in Todd Co., Kentucky, where I learned how to swim and ski. My great grand parents are from the Clifty, KY area. We would travel to Nashville through Clarksville but I don't remember it being this large. It has turned into a major metropolis but has maintained it's conservative roots, so far.

Taryn would be so happy to hear you reference the Bell Witch. Everyone she meets and the conversation of where she is from comes up, she always references the Bell Witch when she says the little down of Adams Tennessee. The reaction is the same everyone time, a blank stare...........
