Ruger 2 Million Gun Challenge-What Have You Bought?

Post by ElNumeroUno »

This is a challenge to every member of ROCS and member of this Forum. What have you done to support Ruger and the NRA in this challenge year?? What Rugers have you bought??
I am an FFL, so I buy and sell a lot of Rugers. That does not count for this. I have bought a SR1911 Lightweight Commander for my personal carry. My wife bought a LCR in 22 WMR to shoot snakes with. I probably have more, but this is a start.
Let's make this the longest thread on our Forum.
So, what have you bought??

I'll chime in.... Ruger 10/22 International Talo edition #11104 & 2 Ruger 10/22 Takedown models. 1 in black synthetic & stainless & the other in camo. Also put the Ruger BX Trigger in the International.... Makes for a nice package & that's 3 out of 2 Million... NEXT??
Some people sit on $.05 of knowledge like it is the treasure of Egypt. I will teach anyone $.10 worth just to prove a point...

Can't say for sure, but probably none. Ruger quit making most of the firearms that interest me.

New to the Ruger family but in the past month I picked up a 66' 44 Fingergroove, 66' 44 International and a 65' 10/22 International. Not a bad start I'm a thinking.

If Ruger could somehow bring themselves to make a new edition of the K1A series, or the K77RSI series, or the long anticipated (by me at least) K1RSI, then I'm a buyer of at least one of them, if they don't do a matt finish like they did on the most recent K77RSI 30-06, a real disappointment. What about some sort of a promotion like they did a few years ago for a free Carhart with a purchase? That was a great success for Ruger, I bought one I sort of wanted and the free jacket sealed the deal. Probably not good for the Corporate bottom-line.

Late 2015 #1 7.62x39, as I like to call it my #1AK. :D
