I got mine on Thursday and my wife got hers on Friday.

Lee, once again you did an outstanding job. With all the information in this Digest it should become an inportant part of any Ruger collectors libary, and a collectable piece in itself.

My copy arrived Saturday,,, during the day,,, while we were hosting the 6th annual Ruger Forum East Coast Gathering. I got it when I got home saturday evening. I was tired,,, but I had to thumb through it. LOOKS OUTSTANDING!
I read part of it,,, but was so tired,,, I couldn't finish it. I want to slowly enjoy it,,, so I'll be taking my sweet time in reading,,,, studying,,, and in general,,, soaking up all the good stuff I thumbed through.
Great job guys!

I enjoy every issue greatly. The pictures of the long barrel .44's remind me of a family friend when I was a kid. He was a short round man that had a .44 Ruger with a 10 inch barrel. I can't remember if it was a Blackhawk or Super Blackhawk but I pulled a joke on him. I got a holster and put a roller skate on the end of it for a trailing wheel because the guy was so short. When I gave it to him everyone roared with laughter & he turned brick red. He carried that & a Western W-49 Bowie Knife while hunting.... Don't know what happened to either the revolver or knife but he was a character
