Posting documents

I would like to know how to post documents like factory letter. I have figured out how to post pictures to attach them to an article by resizing them but am unable to figure out how to resize the documents. A PDF scanned file is too large to post. Thanks for any help.

I believe that if you scan it as a jpeg you can then use one of the programs to resize it to fit. I used Microsoft Paint to resize this (and I should have gone just bit smaller).

If the image is too big (after posting), left click to stabilize. At least works on my machine. I like your card.
