Older Single Six

I'm looking at an old three screw for sale locally and would like to know if this model had the larger bore or not. SN is 99xxx so it looks like it was made in '58. Thanks

Gents,
Please enlighten me.
Is the question being asked, is weather this revolver was offered with the 22 MAG cylinder?

Thanks,
JAY
